原 Hortonworks 的CEO Rob Bearden接任。Bearden何许人也？As for Bearden, he is an experienced executive with a history of successful exits. In addition to his experience at Hortonworks, he was COO at SpringSource, a developer tool suite that was sold to VMware for $420 million in 2009 (and is now part of Pivotal). He was also COO at JBoss, an open-source middleware company acquired by Red Hat in 2006.

再也没有哪家公司可以这么理直气壮的说了。If you’re going to base your enterprise product on an upstream project, you better have good influence in that upstream project, because when your customers ask you to address an issue or … help take it in a direction, if you don’t have that influence, you can’t satisfy your customers,” 也再也没见第二家公司能做到。
“The number zero goal before that is, make the project successful. Our products can’t be successful unless we’re built on a successful project,” 上游优先！！！
